ONNO stores account information, organization membership, uploaded catalog files, generated reports, AI artifacts, usage records and billing events needed to operate the service.

User product data is not published publicly unless the user explicitly exports or publishes it.

Users can request data export or deletion. Some billing, abuse-prevention and audit records may be retained where required for security or accounting.

Use the Contact page for privacy requests. Do not send passwords, API keys or confidential customer records through support messages.
