Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled according to the active billing provider workflow. Cancellation normally keeps access until the current paid period ends.

Refund eligibility depends on the payment provider, plan terms, usage, abuse checks and local law.

Sandbox or test payments are never counted as real revenue and do not represent live payment availability.
